All balloon setups are final sale. We do not provide refunds for services that have already been completed, including surprise arrangements that have been set up, enjoyed, or photographed. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our balloon arrangements are created with care and designed to reflect the style and aesthetic shown in our photos. Please note that final setups may vary slightly depending on ceiling height, room size, and layout. Balloon string lengths are adjusted to fit the space for optimal presentation. In the event that specific balloon sizes or colors are unavailable, suitable substitutions may be made while maintaining the integrity of the chosen theme.
