At Mercato Di Cabo, we make it easy to enjoy a seamless arrival and stress-free stay in Los Cabos. We deliver groceries, drinks, cakes, flowers, balloons, welcome amenities, and vacation essentials directly to your villa, condo, hotel, or private residence.
Currency
All prices on our website are listed in USD.
Order Timing
Orders may be placed up to one month in advance or as late as the day before your arrival. For the best experience and product availability, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance, especially for larger grocery orders, celebration items, cakes, flowers, balloons, and special requests.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery may be available depending on order size, product availability, and our delivery schedule.
Same-day orders must be placed before 1:00 PM.
After placing a same-day order, please text or call us at +1 917 566 3799 to confirm availability and delivery timing.
Delivery Hours
Our standard delivery hours are:
Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Delivery times are subject to availability, property access, and order volume. We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery window.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to villas, condos, private residences, hotels, and vacation rentals throughout Los Cabos, including Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, Puerto Los Cabos, Diamante, Costa Palmas, and surrounding areas.
Please provide the full delivery address, property name, unit number, arrival time, and any access instructions when placing your order. If you are staying at a hotel or gated community, please include any information required for security access or front desk coordination.
Minimum Purchase & Delivery Fees by Area
Cabo San Lucas
Minimum order: $80 USD
A $25 USD delivery fee applies to orders between $80 – $149.99 USD.
Orders of $150 USD or more qualify for free standard delivery.
San José del Cabo
Minimum order: $150 USD
Orders of $150 USD or more qualify for free standard delivery.
Puerto Los Cabos & Diamante Area
Minimum order: $200 USD
Delivery fees may vary depending on location, order size, and coordination required.
Costa Palmas
Due to distance, a flat $65 USD delivery fee applies.

Free Delivery
Free standard delivery is available on eligible orders of $150 USD or more in Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo.
Some delivery areas require higher minimum order amounts or additional delivery fees due to distance, access, or special coordination.
Before-Arrival Delivery
When possible, we can coordinate delivery before your arrival so your groceries, drinks, flowers, balloons, cakes, or other items are ready when you check in.
Before-arrival delivery depends on property access, host approval, hotel/front desk policies, and delivery timing. Please make sure to provide accurate arrival details and access instructions.
Substitutions & Product Availability
Product availability may vary in Los Cabos.
If an item is unavailable, our team will do our best to select the closest comparable option. For important items, specialty products, dietary preferences, or specific brands, we recommend adding notes to your order or contacting us directly.
Missing or Damaged Items
If you believe an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We carefully review each order when it is picked, packed, and delivered, but if there is an issue, we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. Because many items are perishable, we are unable to address grocery concerns reported after 24 hours.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 72 hours / 3 days or more before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a refund, minus a 3% processing fee to cover Stripe/PayPal transaction fees.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time are non-refundable.
Custom orders, specialty items, cakes, flowers, balloons, celebration setups, and other made-to-order items may be non-refundable once confirmed or prepared.
Payment Methods
We accept secure online payments through Stripe, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Most major credit and debit cards are accepted through our payment providers.
At this time, we do not accept American Express.
