We deliver groceries, drinks, snacks, cakes, flowers, balloons, welcome amenities, and vacation essentials directly to your villa, condo, hotel, or private residence in Los Cabos.
Simply shop online, check out securely, and we’ll coordinate delivery to your stay.
How to Order
1. Shop Your Favorites
Browse our selection of groceries, drinks, snacks, celebration items, flowers, cakes, balloons, and vacation essentials. Add your favorite items to your cart.
2. Review Your Cart
Once you’re done shopping, click on your cart to review your items, quantities, and order details.
3. Checkout Securely
Complete your order using one of our secure payment options. We accept Stripe, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted through our payment providers.
At this time, we do not accept American Express.
4. Share Delivery Details
After placing your order, please make sure we have your full delivery information, including your hotel, villa, condo, residence name, unit number, arrival time, and any access instructions.

5. Confirmation & Delivery
Once your order is complete, we’ll review your details and coordinate a convenient delivery time and location.
When possible, we can deliver before your arrival so your groceries, drinks, flowers, balloons, cakes, or other items are ready when you check in.

Order Timing
Orders may be placed up to one month in advance or as late as the day before your arrival.
For the best experience, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance, especially for larger grocery orders, cakes, flowers, balloons, celebration setups, and specialty items.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery may be available depending on order size, product availability, and our delivery schedule.
Same-day orders must be placed before 1:00 PM.
After placing a same-day order, please text or call us at +1 917 566 3799 to confirm availability and delivery timing.
Delivery Hours
Our standard delivery hours are:
Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Delivery times are subject to availability, property access, order volume, and location.
Delivery Costs
All prices are listed in USD.
Delivery fees depend on your delivery area and order total. Any applicable delivery fees will be shown before checkout whenever possible.
Minimum Purchase & Delivery Fees by Area
Cabo San Lucas
Minimum order: $80 USD
A $25 USD delivery fee applies to orders between $80 – $149.99 USD.
Orders of $150 USD or more qualify for free standard delivery.
San José del Cabo
Minimum order: $150 USD
Orders of $150 USD or more qualify for free standard delivery.
Puerto Los Cabos & Diamante Area
Minimum order: $200 USD
Delivery fees may vary depending on location, order size, and coordination required.
Costa Palmas
Due to distance, a flat $65 USD delivery fee applies.

Product Availability & Substitutions
Product availability may vary in Los Cabos.
If an item is unavailable, our team will do our best to select the closest comparable option. For specific brands, dietary preferences, or specialty items, please add notes to your order or contact us directly.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 72 hours / 3 days or more before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a refund, minus a 3% processing fee to cover Stripe/PayPal transaction fees.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time are non-refundable.
Custom orders, specialty items, cakes, flowers, balloons, celebration setups, and made-to-order items may be non-refundable once confirmed or prepared.
