All cake orders are final sale. Because our cakes are custom-made and prepared fresh for each client, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

We take great pride in the quality and presentation of our cakes. If there is an issue with your order, please notify us immediately upon delivery so that we can address it.

Cancellations

• Orders canceled within 48 hours of placement may be eligible for a partial refund, provided production has not yet started.

• Orders canceled after production has begun are not eligible for a refund.

• For same-day orders, cancellations are not accepted.

Important Notes

• Design & Color Variations – If you’d like a different design, please share a photo of your inspiration after placing your order, and we’ll gladly confirm if it’s possible and whether a price adjustment applies. All of our cakes are handcrafted, so slight variations in color, decoration, or size may occur compared to reference images.

• Storage & Handling – Once delivered, it is the client’s responsibility to properly store and handle the cake. We are not liable for damages caused by improper storage, transportation after delivery, or environmental conditions (e.g., heat, humidity).

• Same-Day Orders – Availability and design options may be limited.
